The Senior Project Manager - EU Scale & Product Certification is a critical role within Michelin Connected Fleet's transformation journey. The role exists to stabilise and industrialise our product landscape, ensuring that historical gaps in certification, homologation and regulatory readiness do not constrain future growth. Acting as the single European reference point for compliance and certifications, this role enables scale across the EU, RSA and Australia, while new product introductions are driven in parallel.
You will operate at the crossroads of Product, Quality, Operations, Legal and Marketing, with high exposure to senior leadership and strong expectations around clarity, ownership and execution.
- Take full accountability for securing and maintaining all required homologations and certifications to enable scale across the EU, RSA and Australia
- Build a clear, prioritised remediation plan for legacy product compliance gaps, ensuring risks are identified, documented, owned and resolved
- Define and maintain a forward-looking regulatory roadmap across the 12 countries in which Michelin Connected Fleet operates
- Act as the primary entry point for Customer Experience & Services (CxS) Quality, ensuring issues are correctly analysed, prioritised and addressed
- Work closely with Quality leadership and key stakeholders to connect quality signals with product and regulatory actions and ensure that those get considered for Product roadmap
- Coordinate deliverables across CxS Enablers, MCF EAA Operations and Product teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and timelines respected
- Translate upcoming regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product evolution requirements
- Ensure product decisions balance speed, compliance, scalability and risk
