Contract Manager

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in mechanical and electrical building services maintenance?

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Contract Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of maintenance contracts across London and the South East. This is a senior client-facing role where you'll lead operational delivery, develop strong customer relationships, manage engineering teams, and drive contract performance and growth.

• Managing a portfolio of building services maintenance contracts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and site visits
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of engineers
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of works
• Overseeing PPM programmes, quotations, additional works and contract performance
• Identifying opportunities for contract growth and service enhancements
• Taking ownership of health & safety compliance across your portfolio
• Acting as a senior escalation point for operational and client issues

• Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building services
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Full UK Driving Licence
