Press Setter
Are you a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision engineering? Our client is looking for a Press Setter to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely set individual tooling on presses to exact specifications.
Complete all PM sheets and safety checks to ensure legal compliance.
Exchange press tooling as per instructions.
Ensure work areas are clear of excess tooling and materials.
Verify all safety features (guarding, e-stops) are operational during setup.
Load lines and confirm first-off quality before handover.
Maintain product quality throughout production runs.
Support the department as needed, including packing and operating.
Uphold BRC hygiene standards.
Act as a Material Handler to keep presses supplied and running.
Learn and operate the universal grinding machine.

What We're Looking For:
A proactive communicator with a positive attitude.
Experience in press setting (desirable).
Basic computer literacy.
Organised and tidy work habits.

Skills:
Manual press experience (essential).
Knowledge of press tooling or materials (desirable).
Understanding of legal requirements for press setting.
