You'll sit at the heart of Sales and Marketing, shaping how brands show up in-store and across channels, translating insight into action, and driving category performance in a competitive UK retail landscape. It's a visible role with genuine ownership and the chance to influence decisions that land directly in market.

Ps - Own the annual category 4
Ps planning and review cycle, translating business objectives into clear execution roadmaps - Champion new product development market entry and in‑market execution
- Develop optimal assortment, placement, pricing and promotion strategies aligned to category success models
- Track, analyse and optimise 4
Ps performance in market, identifying gaps and corrective actions - Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to embed best practice and drive consistent execution
- Support trade spend planning, promotional programmes and demand planning activity
- Degree calibre with a background in Trade Marketing or Sales within FMCG
- Proven category management experience and strong commercial acumen
- Solid UK retail experience, working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
- Confidence analysing large, complex data sets and turning insight into clear, actionable plans
- Strong working knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. Nielsen/IRI) and advanced Excel skills
- The ability to influence at all levels and operate effectively in a matrix environment
