About The Borgen ProjectThe Borgen Project is an international nonprofit that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty. With over 20 years of advocacy experience, we have helped pass legislation benefiting close to 500 million people worldwide.
Program OverviewThis part‑time, unpaid remote program offers 12 hours per week over a 12‑week period (flexible to complete sooner). College credit may be available. New programs begin each month.
Responsibilities- Write articles for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
- Research topics related to global poverty and advocacy.
- Assist with the organization's advocacy efforts.
- Create and manage a personal fundraising campaign to meet targets.
No prior experience required. We look for passionate individuals who want to fight poverty and right wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.
CompensationUnpaid program (college credit available).
