Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust in Slough is seeking a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the Medical Acute Dependency Unit (MADU). This 16-bed unit provides high dependency care with NIV and continuous monitoring, requiring a proactive leader to support the clinical nursing team.
You will lead shift-based assessment and care planning, promote patient-centered practice, and work with multi-professional colleagues to develop flexible capacity to meet demand across the unit.
