You will deliver specialist nursing care across homes, schools, respite settings and clinics, working closely with families and multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
This full-time fixed-term position (12 months) offers flexible working within core hours 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with part-time options considered.
