Property Manager role at Oakwood Estates Ltd
Job OverviewLocation:
Stoke Poges – with free onsite parking
Hours:
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Oakwood Estates, a forward‑thinking, independent Family Run Estate Agency founded in 2008, has grown to nine leading branches and is experiencing rapid expansion.
Duties- Carry out various property management tasks as directed.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Correspond with contractors, organise quotes and necessary works.
- Respond to landlords/tenants queries verbally and in written form.
- Manage and control rent arrears with clear communication to landlords/tenants.
- Maintain and update legal knowledge and understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act, Legal Notices.
- Manage the tenancy renewal process.
- Manage the end of tenancy process including dilapidations.
- Minimum one year experience in property management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
- Strong written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel.
- TECLET experience beneficial.
- Commitment to providing customer service.
- Ability to carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by senior management.
- Driving licence.
- Confidence in dealing with problematic situations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
- Highly organised.
