Property Manager (2 Positions Available)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm | Office Based

Stoke Poges
Due to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Property Managers to join a busy and professional lettings team based in Stoke Poges.
The successful candidates will each manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, ensuring excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining full legal and regulatory compliance.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 properties
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Handle tenancy agreements and documentation in line with the Housing Act 1988
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors
- Arrange and conduct property inspections
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations
- Oversee rent collection, chase arrears, implement payment plans, and manage annual rent reviews
- Manage deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processes
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Proven UK experience as a Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation
- Understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using property management software (Pay Prop, Rezi, Fixflo or similar)
- ARLA Propertymark qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
