This client-side role owns operational facilities, maintenance and compliance across a growing residential estate, with regular site visits in a hybrid pattern.
You will manage hard and soft FM services, ensure contractor performance, and maintain PPM schedules and CAFM documentation while liaising with central teams and on-site staff.
