The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially minded and motivated to achieve personal and branch targets while delivering excellent service throughout the lettings process. Registering prospective tenants and matching them with suitable rental properties Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with landlords Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants Maintaining regular communication with applicants and clients throughout the lettings process Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in residential lettings Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to win business Excellent customer service and communication skills A confident and professional telephone manner A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach Well presented with a professional attitude Knowledge of the Slough area would be advantageous Full UK driving licence and own car essential Is this the role for you?
