A successful independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for its Slough office. This role would suit an enthusiastic property professional with previous residential lettings experience and a strong customer-focused approach.

• Independent estate agency specialising in residential sales and lettings

• Registering prospective tenants and matching them with suitable rental properties
• Generating new business opportunities and building relationships with landlords
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
• Maintaining regular communication with applicants and clients throughout the lettings process
• Working towards individual and branch targets while delivering excellent customer service

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to win business
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• A proactive, ambitious and self-motivated approach
• Well presented with a professional attitude
• Knowledge of the Slough area would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
