Key Responsibilities

As a Store Leader, you will bring our core values to life through a team of 5‑15 employees. Retail excellence is the standard you encourage day‑to‑day. You will:

  • Set direction and build a successful, motivated, and engaged team through leadership, coaching, and inspiration.
  • Drive customer focus, creating moments that matter for our customers.
  • Ensure store visits and wider team meetings are planned and executed.
  • Implement strategies to deliver first‑class customer experiences and growth in revenue.
  • Utilise data (footfall, matrix hours, trading hours, contracted hours) to improve efficiency and produce store rotas.
Required Experience
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, not necessarily retail.
  • Experience managing a team with passion and drive, with full accountability for performance.
  • Experience with budgets, P&L responsibility.
  • Experience delivering first‑class customer experiences through a highly engaged team.
  • Experience delivering regular reviews, demonstrating coaching behaviours.
  • Experience working towards targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience using data inputs to improve efficiency and produce store rotas.
Additional Desired Skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in systems and following processes.
  • Adherence to compliance: standards, health & safety, cash management, security, stock management, FCA compliance, refunds, discounts.
