This is a rare opportunity to join an established international travel business that has recently opened its UK operation.

Offering international travel, commission, genuine autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the UK team, this role would suit a commercially minded relationship-builder looking for more influence, responsibility, and long-term career progression than a traditional sales position can offer.

The role focuses on developing international travel trade partnerships, managing relationships with overseas travel agents, and representing the business across global markets and industry events.

The Role

Develop and manage relationships with international travel agents

Represent the business within defined global markets

Attend international industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows

Act as the primary commercial contact for agent partners

Build and maintain long-term B2B partnerships

Work towards agreed revenue, growth, and commission targets

The Right Person

Sales, business development, or partnership-building experience

Travel industry background or genuine passion for the travel sector

Strong communicator and relationship builder

Comfortable with outbound contact, networking, and relationship development

Commercially minded and motivated by growth and commission

Interested in international markets and travel

Looking for progression and increased responsibility as the business grows
