Sales Manager - Slough
Basic Salary: £38,000
OTE: £56,000 (uncapped)

Our client, an award‑winning National Dealer Group, requires an experienced Sales Manager to lead their busy franchised dealership car sales team in Slough.
Remuneration and Benefits- Basic Salary up to £38,000 DOE
- On Target Earnings of £56,000 (uncapped)

- Skillfully second‑facing customers

- Develop and nurture Manufacturer & Supplier relationships
- Budgeting
- Staff appraisals
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Franchised Dealership experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
