• Generate valuation opportunities and develop new business leads
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Build and maintain relationships with applicants, vendors and prospective clients
• Follow up sales enquiries and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Promote additional services and support the achievement of business targets
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

• Previous experience within residential estate agency or property sales
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic and self-driven approach to work
• Professional presentation and a commitment to delivering excellent service
