Overview

Responsible for managing Japanese client accounts, driving business growth, and supporting sales activities. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Manage and grow relationships with Japanese corporate clients
• Handle inside sales activities including inquiries, quotations, and proposals
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams
• Maintain sales pipeline and track performance using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (required)
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

• Experience in logistics or supply chain industry
• International work experience or exposure to multicultural environments
