Our client, a well-established national motor parts factor based in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team.

Benefits for the successful Parts Advisor:
Up to £33,500 basic salary plus bonus
Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
One in three Saturday mornings, 8am – 12.30pm

Duties of the Parts Advisor:
Provide expert advice to customers regarding parts and accessories to meet their needs
Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets through active promotion of products
Accurately identify and locate parts to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilise promotional offers effectively to meet sales objectives
Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and face-to-face interactions
Support the Sales Manager in reaching sales goals
Maintain high product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, adhering to KPI frameworks
Use company systems efficiently to search, order, and process parts
Follow up on customer orders, manage credit statuses, and ensure timely communication
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Supervisor, or Parts Sales Representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of automotive parts and the industry preferred
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automotive products
