Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their established dealership in Slough. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable and customer-focused environment.

• Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £40,000+
• 5-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week
• No Sundays required

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements
• Present suitable vehicle options and conduct effective product demonstrations
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and promotional offers
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately related to sales transactions

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership setting
• Residency within 10 miles of Slough or Maidenhead
• Full UK driving licence is essential
