Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customers seamlessly from initial enquiry through to completed kitchen design and sale.

• Create detailed, high-quality kitchen designs and layouts tailored to client requirements.

• Produce professional CAD presentations to help customers visualise their dream kitchen.

• Prepare detailed quotations and comprehensive sales presentations.

• Proactively follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers throughout the design and sales process.

• Collaborate closely with project management and installation teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.

• Maintain up-to-date expert knowledge across kitchen ranges, appliances, worktops, and associated furniture.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales performance within the kitchen industry.

• Previous experience working as a hands-on Kitchen Designer.

• Proficiency with CAD design software (experience with Winner CAD is highly beneficial).

• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for creative design and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and pipeline management skills.

• Full UK driving licence.
