We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and assets. You will monitor premises, conduct patrols, respond to incidents and ensure protocols are upheld.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence, meeting and greeting customers and colleagues.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft or vandalism.
• Control access points, check identification, and ensure only authorised personnel enter the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents and any security concerns.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.

• Hold a current SIA Licence.
• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors and authorities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high‑pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
