Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

As a Security Officer you will help maintain a safe secure and professional environment by:

• Protecting people property and assets.
• Conducting patrols and monitoring site security.
• Managing access control and visitor procedures.
• Responding to incidents emergencies and alarm activations.
• Reporting security safety and welfare concerns accurately.
• Preventing loss damage theft and unauthorised access.
• Delivering excellent customer service to staff visitors and contractors.
• Completing required documentation and incident reports.
• Operating in line with assignment instructions and company procedures.
• Demonstrating the values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness at all times.

• Valid SIA Licence
• Previous Front of House experience within a professional environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional polished and customer-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm professional and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work days nights and weekends
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Reliable proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
