Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Disrepair Multi Trader.

• Carrying out disrepair works in occupied domestic properties
• Plumbing: repair and replacement of baths, sinks, toilets, water tanks, wash basins and pipework
• Carpentry: fitting fire doors, internal doors, kitchen units, worktops, skirting, architraves, timber joist and stud work repairs, sash cords, casement window repairs, hinge and handle renewals, and sealed unit replacements (timber & UPVC)
• Plastering: patch repairs, bond and set, plasterboarding, minor finishing and rendering
• Wall and floor tiling works
• Using a PDA for job allocations and updates
• Delivering excellent customer service to residents with a right-first-time attitude

• Van fuel card provided
