MJM Industrial is currently recruiting for experienced Handymen to work in Slough for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have multiskilled background.

HANDYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful Handyman's duties will vary depending on the project/s we are running at the time but will include but won’t be limited to;

* Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.

* You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.

* You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

* Complete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner

* Repairs floor and wall coverings

* Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements

* Responsible for other building and installation works as required.

HANDYMAN BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

It is essential you meet the following criteria to be successful when applying for this Handyman Role:

* Experience working a within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.

* Carpentry experience desirable but not essential

* CSCS Card (Desirable)

* Happy to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

The successful Handyman will be working a minimum of 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Occasional weekend overtime available.
