Position: Carpenter (Temporary)
Carpenter – Location Facilities

£20 - £22 per hour, paid weekly

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break) - Flexible with Overtime availability

Vanta Staffing is the exclusive staffing partner of an award-winning company that provides arcade and gaming facilities to the general public.

Due to new contracts and an expanding business, we are seeking experienced Joiners to join our installations and maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and install high-end furniture, worktops, doors, and veneers
Install new high-end cabinets and furniture
Handle minor plumbing systems
Provide reactive and planned maintenance
Support all installations and projects on the building's fabric
Offer advice on improvements
Monitor, order, and control stock
Work Monday to Friday during company hours, 7:30am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter, Handyman, Multi-Trade, or caretaker is essential
Own hand tools, routers, and jigs
Able to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings
Electrical engineering-based qualification
Highly focused on quality, safety, and managing the working environment
Excellent command of the English language
Enthusiastic, polite, and professional demeanour
