Builder, Building Maintenance, General Labor

TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced Builder / External Maintenance operative to work for a leading retail maintenance team on a 12-week temp to perm scheme.

• Location - Covering Reading, Slough, and High Wycombe
• Salary - £30,000 - £34,000 DOE
• Hours - 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday (flexible for childcare etc)
• Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday)
• Overtime - 1.5x rate

• Repair work externally: fences, brick walls, drain covers, bollards, paving, window replacements
• Repair work internally: replacing door frames, ripping out toilets or basins, fixing broken cages or racks, tiling, minor floor laying
• General maintenance tasks: carpentry, plumbing, etc
• Daily tablet updates: reporting issues, H&S notes, emails
• Use of PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone

• Company van, tools and uniform provided. Personal use of van at £60/month
• Holiday starting at 25 days + a personal day (plus bank holidays)
• Flexitime on hours
