Social Housing Plumber – Slough
£38,000 Van & Fuel Card Permanent Role
Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their reactive maintenance team covering Slough
.
This is a permanent position carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.
The Role:- Reactive maintenance work within social housing
- Attending plumbing repairs in tenanted properties
- Working Monday to Friday,
08:00 – 17:00 - Out-of-hours rota: 1 in 8
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Proven experience working within social housing
- Time-served plumbers welcome
- Ability to work independently and provide a good level of customer service
- Full UK driving licence
- £38,000 per annum
- Company van & fuel card
- Permanent, stable employment
