We’re looking for a passionate, resilient and motivated Support Worker to help people move successfully from custody into the community — breaking down barriers, building confidence and opening doors to employment and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing a caseload of participants with complex needs — from custody through release and beyond

* Delivering through-the-gate support, ensuring continuity between prison and community

* Supporting individuals into training, education and sustainable employment

* Building strong relationships with prisons, employers and community partners

* Recording progress accurately and confidently across case management systems

* Playing an active role in community hubs and partner-led delivery

👤 Who We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

* Are passionate about rehabilitation and second chances

* Have experience supporting people with complex needs or challenging behaviours

* Are proactive, organised and solution-focused

* Can work independently across multiple locations

* Communicate confidently and build trust quickly

* Believe employment can transform lives

What You’ll Need

* Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent experience)

* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & databases)

* Experience working to targets and supporting progression

* Enhanced DBS and Prison Vetting (required)

* Access to your own transport

(IAG Level 3 or Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential)
