Essential Employment is seeking a Move On & Resettlement Officer in Slough to support households in temporary accommodation to move into sustainable long-term homes, primarily within the Private Rented Sector (PRS).
You will work directly with individuals and families, helping them identify housing options, overcome barriers to move-on, and access employment, training, and support services while building strong relationships with landlords and partners.
