Essential Employment is seeking a Move On & Resettlement Officer in Slough to support households living in temporary accommodation and help them move into sustainable long-term homes, primarily within the Private Rented Sector. You will identify housing options, remove barriers to move-on, and connect clients with employment, training and support services.
You will work directly with individuals and families, building relationships with landlords and letting agents, managing a varied caseload
