Supervising Social Worker – Independent Fostering Agency | Slough, Berkshire | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm | £36,000 per annum, depending on experience Our client is an independent, highly respected provider of foster care services, committed to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. The Role As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting, supervising and developing a caseload of foster carers, ensuring that children and young people placed with them receive safe, nurturing and high-quality care. You will work closely with foster carers, children, families, local authorities and other professionals, building strong relationships and ensuring that safeguarding and regulatory standards are consistently maintained.
