The Role As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting, supervising and developing a caseload of foster carers, ensuring that children and young people placed with them receive safe, nurturing and high-quality care. You will work closely with foster carers, children, families, local authorities and other professionals, building strong relationships and ensuring that safeguarding and regulatory standards are consistently maintained.
