You will be at the heart of Black Rock's Aladdin, building?the platform?that drives?ours and our clients?investment and trading operations. Each day, you will design, develop, and?maintain?scalable and high-performance applications, collaborating closely with traders, product managers, and fellow engineers to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Your role will involve troubleshooting technical challenges,?optimizing?services and data pipelines, and continuously researching?new technologies?to enhance system performance. By mentoring junior engineers and contributing to our?team?culture,?youll?help ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of mission-critical trading systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.?

• Design, develop, and?maintain?scalable web applications and backend services to support trading operations.?
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, product managers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.?
• Implement and?optimize?high-performance APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.?
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and security.?
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
• Continuously research and adopt?new technologies?to improve team productivity and system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a positive, innovative team culture.?

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or?a related?technical field.
• Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in trading, finance, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong?proficiency?in modern web frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue)
• Proven experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java 17+
• Expertise?in designing and?maintaining?
