Air And Sea Export Clerk

Right Now Group are recruiting for an established freight forwarding business based in Slough, looking to hire an experienced Air and Sea Export Clerk with a strong background in air and sea exports
, and working knowledge of imports
.

This role supports a range of international customers, including time-critical motor sport logistics
, so you'll need to be confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where attention to detail and proactive communication are essential.

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments

• Coordinate air, sea, and road freight movements
  , including documentation and customs requirements

• Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in line with IATA / IMDG regulations

• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, agents, customs authorities, and customers

• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, or operational challenges

• Support planning and coordination for motor sport-related and time-critical freight movements

• A few years' experience within freight forwarding operations

• Dangerous Goods certification (IATA / IMDG / ADR)

• Strong knowledge of import & export procedures (air, sea, and road)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• A proactive team player with a solutions-focused approach

• Experience using Box Top

• Experience completing customs entries (import & export)

• Exposure to motor sport / event / project logistics (advantageous but not essential)

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

• Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 17:30
