Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operative

Right Now Group are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Operators to join a well-established logistics company based in Langley
. This is a full-time night shift role
.

• Monday to Friday
• 19:00 - 05:00
• Overtime paid at 1.5x

• £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

• Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Reach Trucks in line with company policies and health & safety standards
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods and pallets
• Carry out daily visual safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any faults
• Accurately complete warehouse documentation and support inventory control procedures
• Assist with picking, packing, labelling, and general warehouse duties when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times

• Holds a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence and Reach Truck Licence
• Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Demonstrates strong awareness of health & safety practices
• Is willing to be trained in screening and compliance procedures
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Has good communication skills and attention to detail

• Ideally has experience with X-ray screening
• Holds a Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
