Experienced Coach Driver – Slough RA2/3 £ 17.81 per hour

Join First Bus as a qualified Coach Driver on our premium Rail Air 2/3 Heathrow Airport service, providing reliable and comfortable connections between Slough and Heathrow Airport. This isn’t typical local bus driving. Rail Air offers a more professional driving environment with modern vehicles, structured routes, and airport passengers. We’re looking for experienced PCV Drivers who take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and professional service every day.

You’ll earn £17.81 per hour with a permanent 39-hour contract, structured shifts planned in advance, and the opportunity to work on a professional airport express service using modern, well-maintained vehicles. The role offers a mix of shifts across the week, giving you flexibility outside of traditional 9–5 working patterns, quieter roads during off-peak hours, and overtime opportunities to boost earnings. You’ll also become part of a supportive local team delivering an important and trusted airport connection service.

You’ll safely transport passengers to and from Heathrow Airport while delivering a smooth, comfortable, and reliable journey experience. This is a high-profile airport connection service, so professionalism and customer service are key. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and weekends on a rota basis.

• Valid PCV licence
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work
