Class 2 Delivery Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver to join a busy distribution operation based in Brighouse. The role involves multi-drop deliveries to customers across the designated area, delivering beer kegs, cases, bottles and other products. You may be supported by a Drivers Mate on larger deliveries.

Duties include:

Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and responsibly Completing multi-drop deliveries on scheduled routes Loading and unloading goods, including beer kegs and cases Collecting empty kegs, packaging and returnable items Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining proof of delivery Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects Providing excellent customer service at each delivery Complying with drivers' hours, tachograph and health & safety regulations The ideal candidate will have:
Valid Category C (Class
2) licence Valid Driver CPC Valid Digital Tachograph Card Previous multi-drop delivery or logistics experience Good customer service and communication skills

Experience with manual handling Reliable, professional and punctual approach Good geographical knowledge Experience delivering drinks, kegs, FMCG or wholesale products would be advantageous. This is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable with loading and unloading goods.
