Our client, a leader in the rental asset industry, is looking for enthusiastic Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to help ensure the seamless movement of equipment in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do:

As a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient handling of lighting, rigging, and other rental assets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately moving goods between various locations within the operation.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles in compliance with safety procedures and risk assessments.
  • Scanning and recording rental assets through our in‑house RTPro system using computers and hand scanners.
  • Counting and entering information for non‑coded equipment accurately into the system.
  • Ensuring returned goods are checked for damages and reporting any issues found.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Equipment Technicians to prepare equipment for dispatch.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and operational staff to meet business needs.

Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Strong IT literacy with the ability to learn in‑house asset management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
  • A positive and adaptable approach to meet the demands of a busy warehouse.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest service and quality standards.
Working Pattern:

Night Shift 10pm - 7am Mon - Fri with overtime available

  • Follow all health and safety policies, including manual handling and safe storage practices.
  • Maintain clear pedestrian and evacuation routes throughout the warehouse.
  • Report any concerns regarding safety or inventory control immediately.
