Join Thames Water as a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprentice and build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. You'll work towards a Level 2 qualification while developing practical skills that support essential services and set you up for a long‑term career in logistics.
Responsibilities- Play a key role in warehouse operations, from unloading and storing goods to picking and preparing orders for shipment.
- Work closely with teams in both small hubs and fast‑paced warehouses to keep operations running smoothly
- Travelling to sites to collect and deliver materials
- Attend meetings at different Thames Water locations and learn how teams collaborate.
- Support operations across multiple sites, gaining a variety of experiences
- Handle, pick, and pack materials safely and accurately to ensure perfect delivery
- Build an understanding of Thames Water’s end‑to‑end supply chain, including systems, suppliers, and transport operations
