As an Accountant, you will be responsible for handling billing, invoices, preparing income statements and balance sheets, and managing accruals. If you thrive in a challenging and stimulating work environment and have a passion for numbers and financial data, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all aspects of day‑to‑day accounting processes.
• Report on capital spend and capitalized assets appropriately.
• Work with Global Business Service Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Oversee accounts payable processes at the local business unit.
• Assist Global Business Service Team with collections as needed.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Manage accruals and prepaids.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes.
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• Interact with other team members to ensure all financial data aligns and reconciles.
• Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of financial best practices.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• One to two years of proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Proven expertise in handling billing, invoices, income statements, balance sheets, and accruals.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Bring

• CPA or CMA certification would be a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI.
• Prior Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system a plus.
