. Mills Auto Group is seeking experienced individuals to join our new Kia team of Service and Parts Members. In this role, you will provide top-notch service and quality workmanship to our customers and contribute to the overall success of our Kia service department. These are full-time positions with competitive pay and great opportunities for growth and advancement. We are seeking a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service and Parts Advisors, and Technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using the latest diagnostic equipment and tools
  • Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Keep abreast of new technology and techniques in the automotive industry
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service tasks
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and fellow team members
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Kia technician or in a similar role in the automotive industry
  • ASE certifications or equivalent training and experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
