Dual Brand Hilton Properties – Smithfield, NC

We’re looking for a high performing, results-driven Area Director of Sales, preferably with extended stay hotel industry experience, to join our team and manage all sales aspects, ensuring exceptional hospitality and impressive revenue growth for a dual brand recently opened Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

Responsibility
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and establish dominant market share position for both hotels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as front office teams, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
