We’re looking for a high performing, results-driven Area Director of Sales, preferably with extended stay hotel industry experience, to join our team and manage all sales aspects, ensuring exceptional hospitality and impressive revenue growth for a dual brand recently opened Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

- Articulate and meticulous work habits
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and establish dominant market share position for both hotels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as front office teams, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Leadership:
Ability to inspire and motivate the hotel team to achieve revenue goals - Sales:
Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets - Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends - Business Development:
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships - Account Management:
Experience in managing key client accounts and building long-term relationships - Salesforce:
Proficient in using Salesforce, Delphi or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer data - Customer Service:
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service throughout each encounter, reflective of Hilton's mission of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality
