This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Smithfield, NC. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and effectively communicating with clients, suppliers, and team members. The role involves analyzing project requirements to develop detailed and accurate cost projections, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring project bids align with company goals and client expectations.

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs, with the ability to create accurate and detailed project estimates
• Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and project success
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project teams
• Ability to analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements for accurate estimation
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in construction estimating or a similar role is an asset
