QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software or an ability to learn
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of dispatching experience

The following would be preferred but aren't required:

• At least one year of experience with customer service or the HVAC industry
• Additional coursework or experience in a related field

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Dispatcher coordinates our technicians' movements throughout the day and provides excellent customer service to every client you talk to. Prioritizing efficiency and accuracy, you schedule HVAC service calls and maintenance appointments, relay job details to the techs, and provide ongoing support by giving directions and adjusting schedules to meet clients' needs. You dispatch the techs, make sure they show up to jobs on time, help generate quotes, and support additional sales opportunities.

As a point of contact for customers, you answer their questions, provide service and pricing information, address any concerns, and deliver quality customer service. You also follow up after an appointment to ensure satisfaction and escalate issues as needed. Throughout the day, you maintain accurate and organized job documentation, perform data entry, and complete detailed paperwork. Your efforts keep our business efficient and our customers happy!
