• Greet and assist customers at the front counter with drop-off and pick-up of garments and household items
• Inspect and tag incoming garments, noting stains, damage, or special care instructions
• Process customer orders accurately using point-of-sale (POS) or order management software
• Communicate turnaround times, pricing, and special services to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and lobby area
• Operate cash register and process payments including cash, card, and digital transactions

• Prior customer service, retail, or front-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail when handling and tagging garments
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience in a dry cleaning or laundry environment is a plus but not required
