Description
UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN), in partnership with UNC Health Johnston, located in Smithfield, NC, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join UNC Health Family Medicine s practice meets and exceeds the challenges of providing care to significant patient needs with complex clinical management, patient complexities, and chronic disease management. Experienced candidates preferred but will consider exemplary new grads.
Practice Site:
- Family practice
- Complex patient panel
- Lean Management
- Large patient population w/ chronic disease management
- EMR – EPIC
- Dietician, Social Worker, and Pharmacist rotate through clinic and available virtually
- Onsite Lab and X-ray
