We wanted to take a moment to clarify what it means to be in our adjunct instructor pool. This is not a permanent or immediately available position. Instead, we hire adjunct instructors on an as-needed basis. When a course section becomes available, we review the pool of qualified applicants, vet potential candidates, and extend offers accordingly.

It's important to note that even if you are fully vetted, you may not be assigned a class right away. Sometimes, courses may be canceled or enrollment may not meet the required minimum, which can delay or change staffing needs.

If you would like to remain in the pool for future consideration, email dlkroeger to confirm your continued interest.
