The Blue Mountain Hotel is looking for an energetic and reliable Gaming Attendant to join our team in a casual capacity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and prides themselves on delivering top‑tier service to our gaming patrons. To be successful, you must hold a current RCG and have the flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes days, weekends, and public holidays, specifically, you must be comfortable with late‑night finishes.

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you About you

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
