We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives at the site and drive a strong zero-incident safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead site EHS programs, goals, and compliance initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage ISO/OHSAS certifications and EHS reporting
- Drive safety training, audits, and corrective actions
- Lead EHS teams, committees, and employee engagement programs
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and handle EHS-related crises
- Track EHS metrics and ensure timely closure of findings
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- CSP/CIH/CHMM certification is a plus
