Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time baker to join our team at Fable
. Working from our production kitchen in Smithfield, you’ll be part of a small team producing seasonally‑led pastries and breads for our Dun Laoghaire store.
- Mix doughs, laminate and shape pastries, and create beautiful, seasonal fillings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new seasonal specials.
- Professional kitchen experience essential, with pastry lamination and enriched dough handling preferred.
- Strong understanding of HAACP regulations and commitment to good hygiene practices.
- Capable of handling fast‑paced, early‑morning bakes (early shifts from 4am).
- Enthusiastic, driven, and able to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
Flexible weekdays and weekends, including early mornings. Shift rotas are published a month in advance to support a healthy work/life balance. Immediate start available.
Contract DetailsContract type: Full‑time, 35‑40 hours per week.
Location: Our production kitchen in Smithfield, Dublin 7.
Salary: Competitive.
