Responsibilities include:- Driving daily sales and achieving sales goals.
- Focusing on customer needs and supporting company initiatives.
- Participating in team training and utilizing new shopping technologies.
- Providing a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.
- Supporting a collaborative environment and engaging in networking to build clientele.
- Providing feedback to management and supporting various purchasing channels and digital tools.
- Maintaining store standards and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to maneuver around the store, work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including weekends and possibly overnight shifts.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
